The [SafeFood] Pune Citizens’ Movement was launched through the ‘Annadata Organic Food Festival’ at the ‘Bhimthadi Jatra’, and presented itself to the city of Pune between 22 & 25 Dec, 2017. As promised, it turned out to be a platform for citizens to interact directly with farmers, and to buy farm fresh, organically produced pulses, grains, millets, vegetables and fruits. Pune citizens actually bought their grain and vegetables during the festival. Check out our gallery section, as well as our Facebook albums.
At the Food Festival, we had a sizeable Knowledge Pavilion, an exhibition with theme posters guiding visitors though the concepts and facts about [SafeFood]. Feel free to download useful content by clicking this link.
